Peach

What a good momma!

Peach was surrendered to a shelter because her people didn't want to deal with the fact that they hadn't spayed her, and then let her out to get pregnant.

A few days after arriving in the shelter she gave birth to 5 little babies and she took great care of them. When her own kittens were about 8 weeks old, she then took over the care of an orphaned litter. She is a gentle and compassionate soul.

Peach is only about 1 year young herself. She is a gentle soul, slightly shy at first, but very affectionate once she feels safe.

All of her kittens have found homes, but momma is still looking. Could you help?

Bea
What a gorgeous girl!

Along with 6 other persian friends, Bea found herself abandoned in an apartment when her people moved away.

She is a really lovely cat, gentle and sweet, and loves to be held, groomed and talked to

She had quite a bit of matting when she came, but has been groomed, and is fine with regular, gentle combing to maintain her gorgeous coat.

If you are looking for an elegant new friend, please call!

Blue
Another one of the abandoned persians and a stunningly gorgeous cat!

Along with 6 other persian friends, Blue found herself abandoned in an apartment when her people moved away.

Blue is a very nice, affectionate girl. She is nice with other cats and likes small dogs.

She likes to be groomed and speding "spa" time while you gently comb her gorgeous coat.

If you are looking for an elegant new friend, please call!

What beautiful kittens!

Hailey, Harrison and Crystal are Vivian's babies and they are lovely, well-socialized, mischievous kittens!

They are now 12 weeks young and ready for homes of their own.

It would be lovely to have them adopted as a pair, or with their Mom.

If you are interested in a new friend or two, please call!

Vivian

What an astonishing girl!

Vivian was dumped outside by someone, probably because they discovered she was pregnant. She wandered from house to house trying to get inside. Even though she was chased by dogs (and spent a night in the tree), even though she was shooed away with a broom, nearly hit by a car, and no one knows where she was sleeping out in the cold at night, she perservered until she found a kind soul who would help her.

Less than a year old herself, Vivian came to Project Jessie and within a few days, had given birth to 3 beautiful kittens.

Now her babies are big enough to be adopted. Vivian has been viral tested (negative), spayed and vaccinated and she is looking for a new place to call home forever.

She is an awesome Mom, and if we can adopt her with one of her kids that would be amazing, but is not a requirement.

Stormy

After hours of peering into the dark hole in the road, trying to coax the scared and filthy kitten into a more manoueverable place, the animal control officers were at their wit’s end. Eventually, they resorted to asking a homeowner for permission, and drilling from her basement out under the street so they could reach this little guy.

He was a mess – dirty, and suffering from skin issues, probably related to being covered with sewer yuck (cleaning products, chemicals and who knows what was in there…)

He was a challenge. There were many sleepless nights and vet visits worrying about his skin. Would he be okay? Should we do something different? He had lots of grooming and washing. His experienced foster mom would make things happen – It wasn’t easy, but she perservered.

Today, he is a handsome tuxedo boy and he is looking for a new home to call his own.

From the sewer to the lap of luxury (we hope!) – he is dressed in his best finery. Do you have a castle he could come and live in?

Travolta
Handsome and charming like his namesake – but this little guy was NOT going to be doing any dancing anytime soon…

The kitten on the examination table had something wrong with his leg – something really wrong. A peek inside with some xrays revealed the problem – his leg was shattered into several pieces.

This little guy needed quite a bit of orthopedic work to pin his leg back together, but cats are pretty resilient, and young cats are the most. He is expected to make a full recovery.

Travolta needed a quiet place to stay while he mended – and a Project Jessie foster home stepped up to give him a place to put his head.

This gorgeous boy is close to being ready for a new home. If you think that you could use a little “Saturday Night Fever” in your home, perhaps he is destined to be your new superstar…

Purdy

Purdy is a great little cat!

Stunningly gorgeous, friendly and sweet - she is just waiting for the right home to call her own!

Although she is fostering with other cats and dogs, we think she would prefer a house with a little less activity. A place where she coudl be the centre of attention would be perfect for this little diva!

If you think that you could offer Purdy the homes she deserves - please call!

The Magnificent Seven

These gorgeous kitties are currently living together, but sadly, their caregiver is ill and not able to care for them much longer.

LemonPip, Simon, Pinky and Peachy (sisters), Ginger, Eli and Tiger are lovely, well cared for kitties.

They range in age from 3 to 6 years young, and it would be lovely if they could be adopted in pairs, but that is not a requirement.

If you have a compassionate heart and are interested in adopting please email or phone!

Bob

Bob, is a handsome gray tabby, a young senior with a heart of gold. He is about 10 years young and was abandoned by his family at a Pet Value store when his owner died. He is a purring machine and loves to headbutt - He is very sweet!

Because one of their long time employees is highly allergic to him, he must find another home.

Please email twoharri@aol.com or phone 519-940-4712 if you can help Bob. Thanks!

Our office kitties: Hannah, Mo, Issac and Shiloh!

Lovely tabby and whites - as cute and sweet as they come!

These kittens are about one year young - happy and healthy and looking for homes.

All except the little princess in the lower picture are boys. Aren't they lovely?

They have had vaccinations, been dewormed, neutered/spayed and microchipped.

Although they seem to be perfectly healthy at the moment, they did test positive for exposure to the FIV virus.
FIV is NOT contagious to humans but it does mean that they should have as healthy and stress free lives as possible.

Ideally, we would like to adopt them as pairs into homes without other cats.

If that home is yours - please call!

Heathcliff!
COURTESY POSTING Please contact Ann Martin [ann_martin@rogers.com] Thanks!
A big buff guy with a heart of gold - and purr to rumble the windows!

Heathcliff is just a cuddle kitty looking for someone new to love - maybe you?

Only a year old, lovely with everyone he has met - perhaps his gentle eyes are looking for you?

Ranger

Ranger is a young fellow who was dumped outside when his people moved away.

Poor guy!

He would really like to have an indoor home once again - safe and warm and cozy.

If you have a place by the heater for this handsome boy to curl up - please call!

Harley

COURTESY POSTING
Please contact Ann Martin [ann_martin@rogers.com] Thanks!

Harley is a 1 year old, neutered male and a total honey.

He is SUPER affectionate - loves to kiss you all over the face, loves being picked up and carried around like a baby. And he loves to play.

This poor fellow was happily living in his home, and one day the family decided they did not want him anymore and kicked him outside - yikes!

Thankfully a kind person heard about this and went to pick him up. He had no idea what to do outside!

Harley is a big, handsome dude - just looking for someone new to love...
Maybe you?
